만일 당신이 세상에서 벌어지는 일을 바꾸고 싶다면, 당신은 매일매일 그 자리에 서서 따분하고도 단순하기 짝이 없는 다음과 같은 일을 꾸준한 열정으로 계속해야 합니다. 이 문제에 흥미를 가진 사람을 끊임없이 만나고 설득하고, 조금씩 조직을 확장하며, 다음 단계 일을 차근차근 준비하고 실천하며, 때로 화가 나는 것을 억누르고, 결국 어떠한 성과를 얻는 것입니다. 이게 바로 세상을 바꾸는 방식입니다.
If you want to make changes in the world, you’re going to have to be there day after day doing the boring, straightforward work of getting a couple of people interested and building a slightly bigger organization and carrying out the next move and suffering frustration and finally getting somewhere.
